                                        Molybdenum Wire  

    Molybdenum wire is mainly a kind of consumable made of precious metals such as molybdenum with a high-voltage electric field continuously moving to cut the workpiece during wire cutting, that is, the wire cutting machine continuously moves when machining the workpiece. The thin wire is called the wire (also called the electrode), which can perform pulse spark erosion and metal cutting on the workpiece. There are many other uses for molybdenum wire.    
                                     
             Use of molybdenum wire 
1. Used as a cut molybdenum wire for wire EDM. 
2. It is used as a high temperature furnace heating element and a high temperature furnace structural part molybdenum wire.
3. For high temperature spraying molybdenum wire. 
4. High temperature molybdenum wire used as a vacuum furnace. 
5. Used as a filament for automotive halogen lamps.    
                             
               Surface quality and appearance of molybdenum wire
1. Molybdenum wire surface is coated with graphite emulsion, and the surface is uniform black.
