                                   Molybdenum Boat 

    The molybdenum boat is formed by stamping a molybdenum sheet with a thickness of 0.1-0.5. The molybdenum boat plays the role of bearing and heating in the resistive evaporation device. We can design the mold according to the drawings provided by the customer and produce the finished molybdenum boat. 

    In vacuum evaporation devices, one of the most common types of evaporative heating devices is the resistive evaporation device. The resistive material for heating is required to have a high use temperature, a low vapor pressure at a high temperature, no chemical reaction with the substance to be evaporated, no gassing or other contamination, and suitable electric resistance. This results in the resistance heating materials used in practice being generally refractory metals such as W, Mo, Ta, and the like.
