    Tungsten has a high melting point and high strength at high temperatures, so it is suitable for supporting columns in high temperature crystal growth furnaces. We can produce a variety of tungsten carbide support columns. 

    Tungsten support columns are classified according to material
1. Pure tungsten support column: heater with tungsten content greater than 99.95%, suitable for temperature 2000-2600 °C. 
2. Doped tungsten support column (tungsten-rhenium alloy): containing lanthanum oxide (La2O3) 0.4~1.2%, the tungsten content is the balance except impurities.
